7. June 2018: aikux.com presents migRaven.one at the ZIM Innovation Day in Berlin

Since 2016, our graph theoretic research, which is the basis for the intelligent algorithms of migRaven.one funded by the Central Innovation Program for SMEs (ZIM) of the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy (BMWi).

As part of the "Innovation Mittelstand" trade fair organized by the BMWi 2018, innovative companies will present their research work and the resulting products and services for the 10ten. About 300 Companies and organizations with innovative research approaches are and we cordially invite you to visit us at this exciting fair on the outdoor area of AiF Projekt GmbH.

Graph databases offer unique opportunities for relationship analysis of big data

Let us introduce you to the working methods of migRaven.one and get to know the enormous potential of graph-based data analysis in the big data environment. Specifically, see how the software uses the capabilities of the Graph database to analyze information about data owners, access rights, user relationships, and data structures, for example.
In addition to these basic options, we have primarily addressed scalability right from the start. How can the graph database and migRaven.one scale enough to not only gather all the relevant information about thousands of users and tens of thousands of directories and permission groups in large organizations, but also meaningfully relate them to one another? How we did it, our CEO Thomas Gomell tells you first-hand, even if he certainly will not reveal all the details about our algorithms.

The second research project is in full swing

Based on our first work, which served to record and restructure all of these data and authorization structures, we started a new research project in 2017. The one-time and fast migration into an optimized structure is a powerful tool - but IT can no longer do much in daily work with many individual tasks. We therefore combine the previous possibilities of migRaven.one with the idea of continuous adaptation of the data and rights structures by employees, data owners and IT. At the ZIM Innovation Day, we would therefore like to present you with an initial intermediate status on the new possibilities of this approach.

We didn't start the fire

migRaven.one relies on the graph database of Neo4j since the beginning of the development work. Data is not stored as a table in a relational database, but as objects related to others. This network of relationships is the basis of our work and part of the evaluations, which already in the migRaven.Analyzer mean that poorly structured data, users and access rights can be reliably identified and named.
