1. Basics

What are the requirements of the Microsoft authorization system? Get an overview of Microsoft authorization technology and how to best use it. You will gain knowledge of which configuration will have which effects - on authorizations, security tokens, AD groups and ACLs. In addition, you will acquire knowledge of the various concepts that are suitable for keeping authorizations consistent over the long term.

2. Design

What should your future file system look like? What do the universe and file systems have in common? Both are expanding. And precisely for this growth, it is necessary to create the appropriate structures so that everyone has access to his data necessary for him and also the cooperation in the company takes place optimally. Particular attention is paid to the use of DFS in this training block.

3. Migration / Introduction migration workshop

Migration of your current file system to the optimal state, rebuilding of authorizations, migration of the data - without affecting the service during the migration. Description of the recommended tools and how they work.
