The company was founded in 2010 by Thomas Gomell, one of the ideas behind the 8MAN software (now SolarWinds ARM), as aikux.com GmbH. With the integration of authorization management, the focus was initially on the effective structuring of access rights and the associated adaptation of the associated work processes towards higher productivity for your customers. The software migRaven was developed to do this. In 2016, the software switched to IAM / IDM tenfold from the manufacturer of the same name from Vienna, because it allows largely all resources to be provisioned automatically and, in conjunction with a strong role management, a high level of standardization of user authorizations is achieved while adhering to compliances such as the GDPR. aikux.com GmbH was renamed aikux Service GmbH in 2020.
